Located at Korin Camp is this huge tower, which extends high above the clouds.
It will take you at least 10 posts to climb or fly up Korin's Tower, but you can take 1 off for each star you have to represent your heightened abilities.
Once at the top... you will finally meet the legendary Master Korin!
If you're looking to do some training to get stronger, and your reasons for becoming stronger aren't evil or anything, you could try his 'Holy Water Training'.
Basically, Korin will show you a vial of water, and say that if you drink it, it'll make you stronger. The problem is, he'll do everything he can to stop you from taking it!
The truth is, it's just tap water, but all the time you spend trying to chase Korin and predict his movements ought to make you stronger, so this is a great way to do some training.
One last thing... Korin can read your mind.
Yep. But only if you're quiet... he can't hear your thoughts if you're making a racket with your voice.
Ultra Divine Water
If you want to try the 'real' Holy Water, after you've caught Korin, you only need to ask.
If you have at least +50 Karma, Korin will open a pot in one of the rooms in the tower, and tell you to get in it.
The pot will transport you to an icy cave in an unknown location to the north...
Korin's Ultra Divine Water Cave
Senzu Beans
Korin will give each character with zero or positive karma a senzu pouch, if they wish to have a senzu bean.
But to actually get a senzu bean is a different story...
You must go to Earth's Lakes, Rivers, and Oceans, and fish for a Red Snapper.
It takes 5 posts to find and catch one.
Give Korin the Red Snapper (and it has to be freshly caught, too), and he will reward you with a senzu bean.
If you already have a senzu, he won't give you another. He has to keep enough for everybody.
In other words, you can only have 1 senzu bean with you at any time.
Korin isn't always so strict, though... if you bring another character here who's badly wounded and in need of urgent medical attention, he'll feed them a senzu for free.
As if you didn't know, senzu beans fully recover all your ki/energy and heal your body.
You can even split them in two to eat half at a time (for half the effects, of course).
Senzu beans do not recover the usages of any 'limited use' techniques (eg: 1 use per battle), however.
Flying Nimbus
If your character is 'Good' in alignment, you can get one of these yellow fluffy flying clouds from Korin.
You're able to ride a nimbus as long as you think ABSOLUTELY NO BAD THOUGHTS.
Not even for a moment are you allowed to think of anything even slightly impure, or else you fall. Remain 100% good and you'll be fine.
If your character is 'Neutral' in alignment, you can get one of these grey fluffy flying clouds from Korin.
You're able to ride a nimbus as long as you think ABSOLUTELY NO GOOD OR BAD THOUGHTS.
Not even for a moment are you allowed to think of anything even slightly impure or pure, or else you fall. Remain 100% neutral and you'll be fine.
The Lookout
If you're one of those really good-hearted people, worthy of meeting the Guardian of Earth, Korin will let you use his Power Pole to get to the Lookout, if you'd like.
Climb on top of his tower, and place the pole in a slot for a perfect fit.
Hold tight, and command the Power Pole to extend!
On the way up, you will be attacked by storm clouds... it'll hurt like hell and you may fall off numerous times. But eventually, you might actually make it to the Lookout!
