Eligibility
First of all, anyone who holds the current highest star count out of all non-fusion non-NPC characters in the RP, will not be allowed to receive any post boost, because they're already at the top.
Also, any time you apply for any boost, please give a link to the event you're getting boosted because of. Don't expect us to be telepathic.
Combat
You get free posts every time you fight someone.
The way it works is simple...
The number of battle posts your character made is counted.
It's multiplied by a number depending on the outcome, and that number is what you win.
You don't need to know how it works, to be honest... because it'll all be handled for you. But if you want to work it out... here's the system!
Weighted Clothing
You add 1 to the multiplier if you're wearing the correct weighted clothing for your star level.
All values are totals, so you can wear numerous heavy items to add up to the necessary weights.
1 1kg
2 10kg
3 50kg
4 100kg
5 200kg
6 300kg
7 400kg
8 500kg
9 1t (1000kg)
You can be off the mark by no more than 1.
If you're wearing weights that are 2s or more too light, you gain no bonus (on the other hand, you don't lose 0.25 either - see below).
If you're wearing weights that are 2s or more too heavy, you'll barely be able to move, and gain no bonus because you're doing yourself more harm than good.
Warning!
Weighted clothing reduces all your stats by 0.25!
So Base x1, for example, would become x0.75!
If you have to take off your weights during a fight, or if you outgrow your weights mid-fight, you don't gain any bonus!
Multiple Opponents
You get a boost based on each opponent you fought.
So if you fought for 10 turns against 2 opponents, then walked away, you'd get 2x10=20 free posts.
If you fought for 20 turns against 3 opponents, and kicked all their butts, you'd win 3x50=150 posts!
Ally Modifications
However, if you had assistance, your reward is lessened to make allowances for lowered difficulty.
So if you fought for 10 turns against 2 opponents, and had 1 ally, but then walked away, you get 2x10=20... then 20/2=10 posts.
This is because the reward is divided by the number of characters on your team.
If you fought for 20 turns against 3 opponents while in a team of 2, and all 3 opponents were defeated, while you made it out okay, you count it as 3 'Victories' for you, resulting in...
3x50=150... then 150/2=75 posts.
But in the same example of 2-on-3, your teammate was beaten at some point, so for them, they count it as 3 'Stalemates' for them, resulting in...
3x40=120... then 120/2=60 posts.
Strong Opponents
For each major transformation (the ones at every 1000 posts, and whether unlocked or not) an opponent has over you, you can deduct the effect of 1 teammate when dividing your post boost.
In addition, for minion versus main fights, the minion may deduct the effect of a further teammate when dividing their post boost.
i.e. More minions can team up on mains without being penalized.
So, for example, if you and two allies take on someone...
You have 1500 posts, and the opponent has 3100 posts.
The opponent is at level of their 3000 post major (even if they never use it or haven't unlocked it; they're just 'at the level'), while your highest major is Base, and you're a minion!
The opponent is killed, and you survive, in 20 turns.
You gain 60 posts, not 30, and not 20!
Multiple Opponents
For every ally an opponent has, you may remove the effect of one ally when dividing your boost.
So 2 v 2 will result in the penalties on both sides being canceled, and full boosts awarded to all.
You vs You
If any two accounts controlled by the same person fight each other, they can only earn posts as if the battle was 'unfinished'.
Also, the effects of weights are ignored.
Alternatively, you can incorporate you v you in to solo training, instead of getting an unfinished boost.
Solo Training
Once per saga, if you're able to do a decent 30 continuous posts of training, under difficult conditions or some other criteria that would force your body to adapt, then you will receive an extra 30 posts.
Note that in most cases, you will need to be in your Base form, otherwise your raised power level could easily make things 'too easy'.

Catch Up!
This applies to Solo Boosts as well as Combat Boosts.
But in the case of Combat Boosts, this can only be given if someone is eligible for 'Defeated' or above (i.e. 'Unfinished' does not result in a catch-up boost).
For each star you have below the second highest non-NPC non-fusion star count, you gain an extra 10 posts.
So, if you have 3s, and the second highest tier of posters have 10s, then any boost you apply for will automatically get an extra 70 posts, because you're 7 below.
The reason I'm doing this from the second highest is so that everyone who's on that level will gain a normal boost.
So it's like...

2nd Star Rank: Normal Boost
One Below 2nd Rank: +10 Posts
Two Below 2nd Rank: +20 Posts

Donating Boosts[/u]
Whenever your main character fights another character, instead of having the boost go to them, you may apply to have the boost go to one of your minions instead.
Catch-up will apply for the minion according to the minion's star level, not the main's.
This only applies for combat boosts (not solo boosts), and does not include karma (i.e. no donating karma boosts).
This, of course, is no longer possible to minions who break the 2000 post mark.

You never actually defeated your opponent, and they never actually defeated you. The whole thing was just called off for some reason, or maybe one of you simply gave up before the battle could end. - Defeated x1.5

A long and arduous battle fought straight through to its end, but neither you nor your opponent came out as the victor. With you both exhausted, the battle just could not go on. - Victory x2.5
You beat the crap out of your opponent! - Kill x3
You killed your opponent. - Saiyans Only x3.5
Whether you lost, drew, won, or even killed your opponent, if you were beaten within inches of your life... and I mean that... like you would have DIED from one or two more good hits. But barely made it out alive. Then you get this boost.
Please be aware that if you're going to ask for this, your battle will be closely scrutinized to make sure that there's no bullshit...
If we suspect bullshit, and see that you should have died, or you couldn't possibly have gotten beaten that badly, then Astarot may even need to come out to weaken your boost to one of the others (at least you'll not be so badly beaten anymore), or even kill you if you bullshitted a survival (but at least you get x4). - Death x4
You died in battle... that sucks... - Kamikaze x5
Both you and your opponent died. Wow.
