Welcome to the grand cities of the mutants and changelings! The buildings have a sort of futuristic look to them, but at the same time, the futuristic look is somewhat cold and hollow.
The mutants and changelings love to show off their powers. So if you wish to fight with one, they'll be sure to oblige.

Once the ship had touched down and the environmental systems went into standby, Royd could feel that this planet had a gravitational field comparable to Earth’s. Taking hold of his cane, he rose from his seat and ambled his way down the corridor and into the lounge. The computer predictably operated the doors as the young man walked, closing the mirror door and opening the iris to the corridors.

Making his way via the transport tube down to the cargo hold, Royd made his way to the boarding ramp. As he walked he made sure he had his helmet with him and then started to descend the ramp. Although colder then Earth, the young man’s space suit kept him comfortable enough not to need to put the helmet on. Once down the ramp the computer automatically retracted it and Royd continued to head into the city.

Walking through the futuristic city, Royd found the surroundings oddly pleasant. It wasn’t as noisy and chaotic as Earth, everything seemed well ordered and efficient, much like the Nightflyer it’s self. Continuing along, Royd spotted a tall, purple skinned alien approaching from the opposite direction. Not knowing where he was actually going, Royd raised his fee hand and stopped the large man.
“Excuse me sir, I am in search of the self defense school in this city, might you be able to assist me in locating it?” he asked politely.
The purple man looked Royd up and down and huffed. “Well, you’re not one of those monkeys so why not. Keep going the way you are, it’s the short building on the left.”
“Thank you very much sir.” Royd replied and continued on his way. He couldn’t help but chuckle at the comment about monkeys, he knew well the hatred brewing between the Saiyans and the Changelings. Frankly he thought the Changelings were quite justified, the Saiyans were really nothing but space going barbarians, everything they had they pillaged from more advanced races.

Ace, thanks to the kai, appeared in one of Icer's cities. "Thank you," Ace said to the kai, who smiled, bowed shrotly, then disappeared.
Looking around, Ace let out a slight sigh. "Heh...cold..." he mumbled.

Looking around, Ace tried to think where Royd could be on this frozen planet. But after only a moment, he grinned. "Of course...the dojo!" he said, then pulled out his scouter, putting it on.

He soon located a decent gathering of power levels which were quite large, compared to Earth, at any rate. "Good a place as any to start!" he said brightly, then took off toward the gathering.

Heading back out into the cold, Royd was quite glad he wore a space suit near all of the time. It wasn’t very flexible but then again it didn’t need to be. What it was, was comfortably warm save fore the helmet strapped around his side. As they walked the mammoth hull of the ship was already in sight, looming over the city blocks in the distance.
The walk although not fast as Royd was by no means quick, soon delivered them under the hull of the great ship where the computer automatically lowered the boarding ramp. Starting up, Royd led the way into the ship’s empty cargo hold and to the transport tube. The ride up to the residential deck was fast and they soon arrived in the corridors of the upper level. Ambling along, Royd headed with his guest into the lounge through the iris door and immediately took a seat on one of the four couches in the middle of the room.
“So, where exactly are we going to have to go?” he asked, already quite tired from the walk to the ship.

Ace followed Royd, his expression seeming impassive, but in truth, behind his sunglasses, his eyes were wide and staring in amazement. The massive ship was one of the most impressive things he'd ever seen. He reached into his pockets, pulling out the Universal Radar. "Well...according to this..."
He switched it on. "Uh... I'm...not good with coordinates and such, unfortunately... But according to this, all of the Dragonballs are scattered in obscenely out of the way places..."

“I see. Well if your device there can provide something close to planetary coordinates or names, the navigation computer should be able to find our destination.” Royd replied and sat his cane up against the side of the couch.
Thinking it best that they at least achieve orbit while they figured out where to go, Royd issued verbal orders to the computer rather then going to the flight deck. “Computer, commence reactor startup please and once we’re ready, initiate liftoff and climb to orbit.”
A hushed series of mechanical sounding whispers sounded through the room as the computer responded to Royd’s request. Soon though the ship’s power plant came online and the great vessel started to prepare for lift off.
