Anyone with a Dragon Radar can begin searching for Dragon Balls on Earth or Namek.
If you wish to search for a Dragon Ball, have your character turn on their radar, and contact an Administrator.
The Admin will randomly choose a Dragon Ball and post its location using Shenron or Porunga, along with the requirements for finding the ball.
If two people draw the same Dragon Ball, they will meet each other along the way, and have to figure out who gets it, by any means from civilized agreement to deadly combat.
Once the Dragon Ball has been acquired this way, the character(s) who searched for it may not search for any more Dragon Balls until a full 24 hours of real time has passed since the post where the ball was actually taken (with exception to any Dragon Balls currently held by other characters).
A Dragon Radar will always show the location of anyone else carrying a Dragon Ball on the same planet.
Universal Dragon Radars show the general direction of a Dragon Ball on another planet or in space, but can't give you an exact location until you land on the planet where the Dragon Ball is located (or get close enough to wherever it is in space).
If any character can gather all 7 of the same type of Dragon Ball together, they can call forth an Eternal Dragon!
Calling the Dragon takes 1 post from the caller, and 1 post from the Dragon.
When the Dragon finally emerges, only characters currently in the same thread as the Eternal Dragon may make wishes. Anyone else won't make it on time.
Shenron Wishes
1. To restore one or more planets (with more than one planet, there will be a 12 hour delay between the return of each planet).
2. To restore everyone who died since a certain time or event to life.
3. To restore any number of named characters to life.
4. For 300 more posts.
5. To gain/lose no more than 30 karma.
6. For 30'000 zenie
7. For 3 extra technique slots.
8. To break a potarra fusion.
9. To change your character's race and/or sex.
10. For temporary immortality (the next time you die, you are automatically fully revived and healed; basically an extra life, and you can't wish for it again until you lose it).
Porunga Wishes
1. To restore one planet.
2. To restore everyone who died since a certain time or event to life.
3. To restore any number of named characters to life.
4. For 200 more posts.
5. To gain/lose no more than 20 karma.
6. For 20'000 zenie
7. For 2 extra technique slots.
8. To break a potarra fusion.
9. To change your character's race or sex.
10. For temporary immortality (the next time you die, you are automatically revived and healed, but only about 2/3rds recovered; basically an extra life, and you can't wish for it again until you lose it).
You may not wish:
1. For someone to die.
2. For true immortality.
3. For a planet to disappear/get destroyed.
Revival
When you wish someone back to life, they return to the exact spot on the planet they died.
If the planet is no longer there, then they will return by the Dragon Balls.
Alternatively, if a character is in the Kai or Demon world while they are revived, they can choose to remain where they are.
Power limits:
Shenron can only be summoned on Earth.
Porunga can only be summoned on Namek.
If you want to know if you can wish for something not listed, post it, and if you can't wish for that, the dragon will tell you it can't grant the wish. However, most things won't be possible, so it's best to just stick to the list.
Shenron can grant two wishes.
Porunga can grant three wishes.
Also, Shenron can revive anyone who has been revived in the past, and Porunga can revive multiple characters, now.
Namekian Language
Porunga can only be summoned by the namekian language.
Wishes to Porunga must be made in namekian, too.
This means that if you're not a namekian, you'll have to find a random namek from a village to help you out, if you don't know a namekian character you'd trust.
After the wishes:
The Dragon Balls that were used will scatter across Earth or Namek as regular stones; they will be impossible to find until after the next time skip.
The Black Star Dragon Balls[/u]
When you search for Earth's Dragon Balls, there's a chance that you may actually find one of these, instead.
But you won't know it until you've picked it up and noticed the black star(s) instead of the red star(s) within.
Wishing works the same way.
You may wish:
1. To restore one or more planets.
2. To create a new major planet.
3. To restore anyone and everyone you wish back to life following any criteria, and to appear wherever you wish.
4. For 700 more posts.
5. To gain/lose no more than 70 karma.
6. For 70'000 zenie.
7. For 7 more technique slots.
8. To break one or more potarra fusions.
9. To change anyone character's race and/or sex.
10. To become a super-hybrid of two races (you get the non-stat traits of both races, but you can only use one transformation list and only get one boosted stat).
11. To permanently raise any stat by 0.2, or two stats by 0.1.
12. For long term immortality (the next two times you die, you are automatically fully revived and healed; basically two extra lives. Note that you can't wish for any form of immortality if you have at least one extra life remaining).
13. For someone else to lose up to 500 posts.
14. For someone else to lose up to 50 karma in either direction.
15. For someone else to lose up to 10'000 zenie.
16. For someone else to forget all of their techniques (they can be relearned), and permanently lose 1 technique slot.
17. For someone else to permanently lose 2 technique slots (this may force them to forget a technique or techniques).
18. For any one character to die.
19. To destroy any one planet.
20. To inflict a curse upon a character that does something horrible to them until they can make a certain number of posts. How many is decided by the severity of the curse.
You may not wish:
For true immortality.
Power limits:
You may only summon Black Star Shenron on Earth.
If you want to know if you can wish for something, post it, and if you can't wish for that, the dragon will tell you it can't grant the wish.
You only get one wish, but almost anything can be granted.
After the wishes:
The wisher loses 50 karma (even if they made wish number 5), and the Dragon Balls are scattered across the galaxy.
The next day there will be 14 new planets in the Other Planets of the Universe.
Once every two days, a planet from those 14 may be searched by anyone with a Universal Dragon Radar, but just one; no splitting up between planets; only that one planet may be searched. Arrival on any planet must be done by spaceship, as you can't follow the Dragon Radar while teleporting.
Once a post is made on a planet, Black Star Shenron will post whether a Dragon Ball is actually on the chosen planet or not, and details about what needs doing to get it.
You have 25 days to find all Dragon Balls, and bring them to Earth gathered together, otherwise on the 26th day, Earth will explode!
Once the Dragon Balls are returned to Earth and gathered together in the possession of one character, whoever has them gets +50 karma, and the Dragon Balls immediately become regular stones and scatter; they will be impossible to find until the next time skip.
Post Boosting
This applies to boosts from all dragons...
Post boost rules apply, meaning you will also receive the catch-up bonus for your post count before a wish was made.
However, for the strongest rank, you can still get boosts, just half (better than none).
