4 x 1.5 = 6 1 ally halves this to 3.
However, catch-up of 50 gives you a total of 53. 53 posts for getting beat in 4? Whoo!

Masa wasn't my ally, I attacked both of you at the same time. Just before he did anything at all you beat me.

The same would apply in a free-for-all. Basically he counts as your ally just because he was attacking me too... if he attacked you and attacked me, he'd count as my ally and as your ally.
T'is all complicated, but it makes sense after a while (I've dealt with boosting 3-way fights in the past, and this all had to be worked out back then).
But I can see an 'Unfinished' in the one post your attacks went at him? I'll add on another 1. XD

When you're still developing your power, it definitely does... 'cos the spar's over so quickly and yet you earn so many posts. *glad to see catch-up system is working*
