As Bulla passed by the main dojo of Bulla's training center he'd see his stepfather standing there waiting.
Bulla: So did you bury her?
Haru:......

Haru would continue walking past as if he heard nothing.
Bulla: Did you hear me! *grabbing Haru's blazer*
Haru: I heard you loud and clear.
Haru would look away as he said this and Bulla would let go, walking back into the dojo to finish training the students that were there.

Haru would get to his room and plop himself down on his bed. He was in deep thought. "....it looks like....*sigh*"...Haru would begin playing his Ocarina again in a tone of sadness, emptiness, and despair.

The melody, reflecting how he felt, told the story of a boy that all of a sudden found himself alone. Haru had no one, and the notes felt cold, and desolate upon the ears of those who heard it.

Haru would continue to play till he drifted off to sleep. As the nights darkness overtook the suns warming light it would seem as though the night was wrapping itself around Haru like a snuggie. It was cold.

The sleeping Haru would have no dreams this night....no Nightmares, no visions of any kind. He'd only sleep with blackness in his mind.

"Time for school" Haru would wake up and go through his usually routine of brushing his teeth. His stepfather had already gone to prepare for the days lessons later on.

Today was like any other day except his mother was gone. Haru seemed to be without emotion as he left the dojo and headed to school.

Haru returned home and packed his things. As he was on his way out he'd be stopped by his step after and a few of his trainees.
Bulla: I heard what happened in school....so you can fight huh?

Bulla: Sorry but I can't let you do that.
The fighters would all attack in some sort of pattern but Haru knew exactly what to do and was able to dodge them as if he was a stream of water going through a bunch of cracks in the wall.

As he dodged each attack he'd also counter with a debilitating attack to certain points on the body. The Ribs, diaphragm, neck etc. He made sure it'd be a while before they got back up again.

Turning to his stepfather, meeting him eye to eye, Haru would only grip his bag and turn to leave.
Bulla: *chuckle* so I was right.
Haru left the dojo that day. For some reason Bulla didn't stop him.
