Humans[/u]
Humans are masters of martial arts, allowing them to move about more swiftly and efficiently in battle.
+0.25 to Skill.
Humans also gain 15 Zenie per post instead of 10.
Saiyans[/u]
Saiyans have a high tolerance for pain and can take a beating better than other races.
+0.25 to Endurance.
A saiyan with a tail is capable of becoming an oozaru when they look at a full or false moon.
To keep things simple, full moons are considered on the following days of the month...
1st - Earth
8th - Vegeta
15th - Planet of the Kais
22nd - Demon World
As for the tails themselves... when a saiyan tail is squeezed or pulled, a debilitating pain shoots through the saiyan's body to ruin their ability to fight. This can be overcome if 30 posts of training by putting as much stress on the tail as possible are performed after the first time the tail weakness is abused by someone else in a fight.
Meaning... once someone's pulled/squeezed your tail in a fight, you can go off and do the 30 posts to get over it.
If you lose your tail, you can only grow it back after you reach a new star level (so if you had 3 stars when you lost it, you can grow it back once you hit 4 stars).
Saiyans get extra power when beaten within inches of their life.
Nameks[/u]
Namekian senses are especially sharp, allowing them to be more aware of what's going on around them.
+0.25 to Senses.
They also have stretchable limbs, but to allow for such stretchiness, a namekian's limbs are more easily ripped/blasted off.
However, they are capable of sacrificing large chunks of ki to regrow entire limbs, as long as their brain and heart remain undamaged.
Changelings[/u]
Each changeling is different. A changeling is basically a mutant who has gone beyond the standard level of mutants.
+0.25 to any one stat.
They're also able to survive in inhospitable environments such as space, and can survive with their body sliced up without suffering bloodloss, just as long as their head and upper body remain in good enough condition.
Androids[/u]
Androids are speedy, and capable of outmaneuvering other races more easily.
+0.25 to Speed.
Androids have internal energy supplies, and therefore do not have any ki to be sensed or detected by any means.
Note that you can be an android variation of any race (except Bio Android and Magical Being), but you do not gain any additional advantages from that race... that would just be overpowered.
Kais[/u]
Kais are powerful beings with a stronger force of ki than other races.
+0.25 to Ki Power.
Dead kais are not sent to the Other World (unless their body becomes vaporized), and can wander where they please. Although this does increase the risk of being erased permanently if they get involved in any serious fights, so dead kais should be careful.
When a kai dies, they will be fully healed and rejuvinated after 10 turns have passed in the battle they died in, but they will still be considered 'dead' with a halo etcetera.
Demons[/u]
Demons have brutal strength to pack extra damage in hand-to-hand combat.
+0.25 to Strength.
Demons are also capable of pulling weapons from thin air.
One weapon may be pulled from the air per post, and each weapon is forged from a portion of the demon's ki.
Demons also get a 50% discount with the Demon World portals.
Hybrids
It wouldn't be fair to give someone the advantages of two races, so if you want to be a hybrid, you must choose a 'dominant race'.
This 'dominant race' will be what you are considered as for your advantages, transformations, and also what race-only dojo techniques you can learn.
Please be sensible in your hybridizations. For example, Namekians don't have any genitals; they reproduce by spitting out eggs... so it's pretty much impossible for them to breed with anything.
A changeling/saiyan hybrid would be ridiculous, considering the two races have a mortal hatred of each other. Same goes for demon/kai.
Generally, you should stick to the following...
Saiyan/Human and Human/Demon.
BELOW ARE RACES ONLY AVAILABLE TO ADVANCED PLAYERS
Also, you can only pick one race from below, for only one character.
Bio-Androids[/u]
A special unlockable race that requires you fulfil certain conditions to acquire.
You must have two characters (a main and a minion), one of which must be an Android, and one must not.
Both characters must reach 2500 posts.
Then you may create a Bio-Android.
Bio-Androids automatically start as full characters; bypassing the whole minion process like your first character.
A Bio-Android is given one third (rounded up) the dojo slots worth of techniques of your non-Android character, prelearned, and the stat boost of your non-Android character.
Then you pick another person's non-android character, and take one third (rounded up) the dojo slots worth of techniques, and their non-stat racial advantages. If a saiyan was picked, then you gain the extra boosts for being beaten near to death, and nothing to do with tails or oozarus.
You then pick one last non-android character belonging to someone else, and take one third (rounded up) the dojo slots worth of their techniques, prelearned. You also gain their race's transformation list.
If saiyan transformations are gained, then add in the saiyan racial advantages regarding tails and oozarus to your racial advantages.
Bio-Androids cannot learn or develop any new techniques from the ones they start with, but can gain more from absorption (below).
A Bio-Android gets a tail, and if this tail pierces in to an opponent, you can steadily sap away their ki to replenish your own. Unless they are an Android.
Androids, instead, can be absorbed through your tail, provided they've been completely beaten down to a point of being unable to defend themselves from you any longer.
When an android is absorbed, half of their posts (excluding the first 1000 for minions or first 2000 for main characters or minions who have become main characters) are added to your own, and they are sent to the Other World - considered dead.
You can also pick up to two dojo tech slots worth of techniques from the android you absorbed to add to your own list. If you currently have the same or more techs than you have slots, however, then you will have to swap something out if you want to steal something from the android.
By the way, if you should ever get your ass kicked totally and utterly by an opponent, and then receive an extremely crushing and debilitating blow to your gut, you will vomit out the last android you absorbed. But only the single last android absorbed can ever be thrown up this way, and none who were absorbed previously.
An android who is thrown up will remain in comatose until 24 hours after the battle in which they were thrown up is over, before waking up; alive.
Notes: You cannot absorb any android you have absorbed in the past. If an android has been absorbed by someone else, then you may not absorb them until they have achieved a new major transformation since they were last absorbed.
Oh, and you can't absorb NPCs, Android Fusions (of any kind), or other Bio-Androids.
As for transformations, a Bio-Android's appearance is permanently changed upon reaching any major transformation, and cannot fall back to previous forms (instead, power is suppressed to a sustainable level whilst not fighting as if they detransformed, but just without the change of appearance). Note that ki drain still remains unchanged, so they will need to master a transformation to be able to avoid having to suppress their power to sustain ki.
There is an exception... when an android is thrown up, as described above, the Bio-Android is forced back to the next major transformation down. After the battle is over and they recover fully, however, they can re-attain their latest form.
The final thing regarding Bio-Androids is that they cannot achieve any major transformation without absorbing an android of 1100 or 2100 posts (depending on whether they're a minion or a main character, respectively) or more. But on the other hand, achieving mastery and training for forms is not necessary, along with any other requirements particular to your Bio-Android's chosen transformation set (intermediate transformations still have the same requirements as ever, though).
Fusions
Bio-Androids can fuse with any of the three races they share a DNA strand with.
But they can only fuse with other Bio-Androids if they share at least two out of three DNA strands.
Magical Beings[/u]
The other special unlockable race that requires you fulfil certain conditions to acquire.
You must have two characters (a main and a minion), one of which must be a Kai or Demon, and the other must not
Both characters must reach 2500 posts.
Then you may create a Magical Being.
Magical Beings automatically start as full characters; bypassing the whole minion process like your first character.
Magical Beings have soft and flexible bodies that can be twisted and stretched at will, at the expense of ki.
Magical Beings can also expend ki to regenerate any portion of their body, including their head.
However, Magical Beings never gain any endurance when their power level rises. Combining this with the softness of their bodies means that almost any opponent will be able to pummel their body out of shape with physical attacks, or vaporize sections of it with ki blasts.
On the other hand, a Magical Being gains stamina as their power level rises. They even gain stamina from transformations (this also rules out the need to master transformations). So when a Magical Being is at 4000 posts with a x2 transformation, they will have a power level of 8000, which is 4x their starter power of 2000, meaning they have 4x a normal character's stamina.
So instead of being able to take attacks better, like most races, Magical Beings just have more ki to recover from the damage caused by attacks, which should make things pretty even.
Once a Magical Being runs out of all their stamina, they won't be able to regenerate any more, and therefore they become much more easily killed, but only provided every single piece of them is vaporized.
Also, Magical Beings can survive in any atmosphere, just like changelings.
As for transformations, Magical Beings simply have Base x1, which rises by 0.5 every 1000 posts. They cannot 'power up' to gain an extra 0.1.
That's all they get. Because they can increase their power by simply absorbing other characters!
Absorption can only be done on a character who is completely defeated and unable to defend themselves or escape.
Absorbing a character gives you 1/3 of their posts, excluding the starter 1000 or 2000 (depending on whether they're a minion or a main character, respectively).
You cannot absorb Androids, Bio-Androids, Magical Beings, NPCs, or characters who have already been absorbed at least once by yourself, however.
Of course, when a character is absorbed, they're considered dead and sent to Other World.
When you absorb a character, your physical appearance changes to be a little more like their's, you also gain 2 dojo technique slots worth of their techniques (even if it's a race-specific one). If you don't have any spare dojo technique slots, you can swap out an unwanted technique or forget about learning their technique; your choice.
If you absorbed one of your own characters, you gain no technique.
If you absorb a Potarra Fusion, you gain nothing. Their fusion splits inside of you. Whilst inside you, the split characters can rescue any absorbed characters within you, and then escape from you with them, effectively reviving all characters within you who are currently dead due to being absorbed.
Your power level will remain unaffected by the rescue mission, however.
Fusions
Magical Beings can fuse with anyone of the same race as the last character they absorbed, or with other Magical Beings.
Dragonians[/u]
A unique race created in a predecessor to this site. Credit for the idea goes to Ralka.
To unlock this race, you must have two characters at 2500 posts or higher. One must be a human or namekian, and one must not.
Dragonians automatically skip the minion phase and begin at 2000 posts as main characters.
Story:
After countless uses of the Dragon Balls on Earth and Namek, the eternal dragon genes have somehow seeped into the humans and namekians, producing a new hybrid race, called Dragonians.
Appearance:
Dragonians appear like either humans or namekians, apart from the fact that they are covered in scales, which are usually green to start with.
Wish Granting:
Dragonians can grant wishes to other characters, but not for themselves.
The wish requires the Dragonian to spend +/-50 karma, and the wisher to spend a set amount of karma from one of the lists below.
Only the karma of one wisher is used, there are no group-wishes where everyone gathers their karma together.
Good Wishes
The Dragonian must spend +50 karma to grant one of these
Karma the Wisher Must Spend: Wish
+10: 1000 zenie for anyone good/neutral
+20: Break a potarra fusion that wishes to be broken
+30: 100 posts for anyone good/neutral
+40: Break any number of potarra fusions that wish to be broken
+50: 1 free tech slot for anyone good/neutral
+60: Restore any good/neutral person to life
+70: Restore a planet that was destroyed
+80: Restore any number of good/neutral people to life
+90: Create a new major planet
+100: Restore any number of major planets
+110: Curse an evil character in a way that doesn't kill them (this includes breaking potarra fusions)
+120: Kill a non-NPC non-Fusion evil character
+130: Curse any number of evil characters in a way that doesn't kill them (this includes breaking potarra fusions)
+140: Kill any number of non-NPC non-Fusion evil characters
+150: To destroy any planet, while all good and neutral beings are teleported somewhere safe before destruction with their belongings etcetera
Evil Wishes
The Dragonian must spend -50 karma to grant one of these
Karma the Wisher Must Spend: Wish
-10: 1000 zenie for anyone evil/neutral
-20: Break a potarra fusion that wishes to be broken
-30: 100 posts for anyone evil/neutral

-130: Curse any number of good characters in a way that doesn't kill them (this includes breaking potarra fusions)
-140: Kill any number of non-NPC non-Fusion good characters
-150: To destroy any planet, while, optionally, whatever and whomever you want, is teleported to safety before destruction
Karma Refil
When a Dragonian spends karma granting a wish, their karma records (including solo karma) are reset to zero in the 'Karma Tracking' records.
This means they can go do some good/evil and get more karma for granting more wishes.
Dead Dragonians
If a dragonian dies, they are not sent to snake way, but they still get a halo, and are free to get up (following the same rules as Kais do). In other words, dragonians can remain in the living world when they are dead.
HOWEVER
Whether alive or dead, Dragonians are always restricted as to where in the Other World they may go.
Dragonians with zero karma may not enter the after life.
Dragonians with positive karma may enter Heaven.
Dragonians with negative karma may enter Hell.
Transformations
Dragonians get a new form 0.5 higher than the last, every 1000 posts. Call them what you like.
All Dragonian Transformations are automatically mastered.
However, each form will require 50 posts of combat in the last, as normal, as if trying to master that form.
Also, you can add in some intermediate transformations following the Custom Transformation rules.
Intermediate transformations can also be used as if mastered.
Fusions
Dragonians will be either human-type or namek-type, and this also determines which non-Dragonians they can fuse with.
Dragonians can also fuse with other Dragonians of any type, too.
Dojo Techniques
Dragonians do not have access to Human-Only or Namek-Only techniques.
Instead, they have a Dragonian-Only set of techniques available.
