"These cost 2500 Zenie sir." Reiji thought about it. "Alright i will take one." Reiji handed 2500 Zenie over to the nice Clerk. "Here you go." She handed him the Dragon Radar. "Just press that button at the top to use it."

Reiji thanked the girl and then walked outside the capsule corporation. Reiji looked at the Dragon Radar. "I wonder if this actually works, or if i just got scammed by this place trying to make some money." Reiji activated the Dragon Radar.

Reiji saw a bleep on the map of the radar for one second. "Wow it actually works." Next thing you know, the bleep goes away. "Huh? Did i lose the signal? Must be the city, prolly interrupting something."

Reiji Put the radar in his pocket for now. He wanted to go explore some of the city first before going some dragon ball wild goose chase. "I'll check it again later." He said as he walked down the sidewalk.

Sabastian and Kali used this devilish speed to race to West City and into the Capsule Corp. Sabastian and Kali walked over to a glass counter ,a female scientist was behind the counter and was scared senseless, because she knew who the brother and sister were and what they did to East City
Sabastian:Relax ,we are in a good mood so if you get us a cheap ship right now we won't hurt you.
So the scientist ran to get the cheap ship capsule and handed it to Sabastian as fast as she could. Sabastian then handed 500 zenie to the woman and went outside with kali.

Akiza steps inside, leaving the mototcycle outside of course, wasting no time getting a Dragon Radar... She'd just ask for it, pay for it, and leave... Heading back to her spacepod...

Shiro stepped into the store and was instantly stunned by the high tech atmosphere of the place. Holy cow, is that a holographic cashier!? That's awesome!

After a few seconds to collect himself, Shiro began exploring. He started on the side of the building opposite the ships, wanting to save those for last. He saw hundreds of different things, motorcycles, houses, televisions, all designed to fit into those tiny capsules. How exactly do they fit, anyway?

Shiro eventually found a rather high tech looking monocle like device with an ear cover. He picked it up, wondering what exactly it was for, and fit it over his ear and eye. He pressed a button, and numbers suddenly appeared, centered around other people in the store.

Shiro found a dial near the button and turned it, and the number of numbers grew. He turned it the other way, and the number shrunk. Range control? he thought. But what's with the numbers?

"I see you've found our scouters." Shiro turned, finding an attractive young woman, maybe twenty years old, standing behind him, smiling. Curiously, there was no number centered around her.
"Is that what they're called? Scouters?"

The woman nodded. "Yes. They're a multi-use tool, but their main function is detecting the ki signals of other living beings in the area."
Shiro looked around again. "So those numbers represent how strong each person's ki is?"
Post by Shiro on Mar 1, 2010 16:29:52 GMT -5
The woman nodded again. "That's correct."
They're all so low. I wonder what my number is? Then something clicked in Shiro's head and he turned back to the woman.

"You said 'living organisms', right?" Shiro asked, confused.
"That's right"
"Then, why don't you have a number?"
Post by Shiro on Mar 1, 2010 16:32:55 GMT -5
"That is because I'm a hologram, designed for interacting with the customers. I am not technically alive, and, therefore, do not produce a ki signal."
Shiro nodded. That makes sense.

"They can also serve as music players, camcorders, cameras, and, with an upgrade, web browsers and communicators." The woman continued. Shiro listened intently, liking what he heard. That communicator thing sounds useful. And it would be great to know where people are.
Post by Shiro on Mar 1, 2010 16:40:18 GMT -5
"I guess I'll get one of these, with the upgrade."
The woman nodded. "Would you like to upgrade to universal functions as well? That way you will be able to detect any ki signals in the universe and communicate with any other scouter in the universe as well"
Post by Shiro on Mar 1, 2010 16:41:57 GMT -5
Shiro hesitated. That sounds expensive. But I will be going off world for a while... "...I'll think about it." He finally decided.
The woman/hologram nodded again. "Very well. Is there anything else you're looking for?"
Post by Shiro on Mar 1, 2010 16:43:40 GMT -5
Shiro nodded. "Yeah, do you have something called a radar?"
"Do you mean dragon radar?"
"I think so, yes."

Post by Shiro on Mar 1, 2010 16:46:18 GMT -5
The woman turned. "If you would follow me, please." Shiro followed her to a small corner of the store. She pulled out a small, pocket watch style device. "We have a regular, planetary model, as well as a universal model. Which would you prefer?"
Post by Shiro on Mar 1, 2010 16:48:59 GMT -5
Do I need to know where dragon balls on other planets are? "I think I'll go with the regular model."
The woman nodded and grabbed the smaller of the two types. "Will this be all?"
Post by Shiro on Mar 1, 2010 16:55:34 GMT -5
"Actually, I need one more thing. A spaceship."
The woman nodded and led Shiro to the ship section of the store. There she pointed him to two very basic types of ship. "You can go with either the cheap model, which sadly tend to break often upon landing, or our standard capsule spaceship. Or, if you wish, you can order a capsule battle cruiser be built for you, although it will take some time to build."
Post by Shiro on Mar 1, 2010 16:58:40 GMT -5
"I'll go with the standard model." The woman nodded, walked up to one of the ships on display and pressed a button. The ship capsulized and the woman picked it up. "And that's everything."
"Well then, if you would follow me to the register."

Ultimately, Shiro purchased a Capsule Spaceship, Universal Scouter with the Universal Com Upgrade, and a Basic Dragon Radar. Total price: 5500.
Shiro left the store, his new scouter over his ear, trying to adjust to dealing with the display.

Ace landed immediately outside the Capsule Corp building, then walked inside, trying to appear calm, but failing at it miserably. Looking around, he first decided to try and find a Dragon Radar. Whatever one looked like, anyway...

"So...How are we going to do this anyways? Buy one of those things Noru mentioned each and one of us buy a ship...?" The hybrid asked, also looking for a radar. She figured that'd probably be the most intelligent thing to do...but who knows.

"Seems like the most sensible thing to do," Ace said. "But.. I don't think I actually have any-"
"Money!" An odd blue streak shot by at that, dropping something...into Ace's face.
Ace stumbled a step. "Ow..."
OOC: Explaining Ace's random money... >_>

Cacao didn't even seem to acknowledge the fact that money had just randomly dropped right onto Ace's face. She was far too focused on actually finding what they had come here for. After all, she was pretty sure she had some money.
