This is a large, hemispherical platform, floating in the sky. On this platform there is a magnificent and wondrous palace.
If you cannot fly yet, you will need to get here from Korin's Tower using the Power Pole method. The Power Pole connects to the bottom of the Lookout, where you'll find a ladder curving along its underside to take you to its surface.
Anyway, for those who actually make it here, and are good of heart, they can train with Mr. Popo, or talk with Noru (Earth's current guardian). Mr. Popo's training is very strict and unforgiving. Mr. Popo is not an easy one to defeat in combat, either, as he moves with total efficiency. To be honest, Mr. Popo will seem impossible to beat for a long time before you get the hang of following his effortless movements.
One more thing, Noru can heal you if you are very badly wounded, but it takes a few moments.
Work for Noru Noru is now willing to pay anyone to go out and do missions to fight evil, if they don't want to do any of the other Earth jobs. You must have at least 3000 posts to be worthy of this task, and you can't be working for any other 'Kings' (Guru and the Grand Kai count as Kings, too), because Noru needs to know he can rely on you without worrying about you going off doing other things.
To get a job from Noru, ask a staff member to play him, because he's an actual character of this RP. However, if you're not here for a job, you're free to include interactions with Noru in your own posts, if you wish.

Ace had stopped screaming after a few seconds of rising up on the Power Pole, but when he looked up and saw the massive structure above him, just...floating there, he freaked. "The hell is that?!" And then, the power Pole would connect with the bottom of the structure. "Huh...?"

Ace saw a ladder, and seeing no other ways to go, he reached out and grabbed the ladder first with one, then both hands. As soon as he did, the power pole started to descend again, leaving Ace hanging there from the ladder. "Well...this is perfect!"

He moved along the ladder like it was a set of monkey bars for a few rungs, then managed to get up on to it like a regular ladder and started climbing. "Wonder what's up here..." he mumbled to himself. "Hopefully something good..."

Looking up, Ace saw the top of the ladder above. "Well, looks like i'm about to find out." He continued climbing for moment more, and when he reached the top of the ladder, he climbed up onto the surface of the structure...

Ace looked around and was amazed at what he saw. "Whoa... This place is...amazing. So far above the Earth, but like its on the surface with these plants..." Ace was rather easily impressed, but it was still impressive.

As Ace looked around, someone walked out of the structure in the middle of the giant platform. "Oh...a visitor?"
Ace turned around to look at who had spoken and stopped in his tracks. "Uh..." He hadn't thought about anyone actually being up here.

"Don't be frightened," the person said. "My name is Mr. Popo, and I assure you I won't hurt you unless you try to harm Noru."
"I don't wanna harm anybody... Korin just said I should come up here for training...so... Yeah..." Ace said rather dumbly.

"Well, if it's training you want, I can help you with that," Mr. Popo said.
"Really?" Ace blinked. "How so? Do you have some kind of...training...regiment or something?"

Mr. Popo smiled. "Something like that," he said. "But it's rather harsh, and it will only help you improve on what you can already do."
"Well, that's what I need to improve on," Ace said. "So whatever you can do to help, I'm all for it!"

1.
"Alright then," Mr. Popo said. "Just try and hit me. Use whatever you like, I don't think you'll hurt me too much."
Ace grinned. "Alright, then. I guess i'll try using my ki, then. I need to improve my power some!"

2.
Mr. Popo nodded, folding his arms behind his back. "Alright, then. Let's begin."
Ace nodded, letting his ki flow around him. "Here goes, then!" He formed a ball of ki in each of his hands and got ready to fire.

3.
Ace threw first one ki blast, then the other, and formed two more, throwing them as well.
Mr. Popo avoided them all as if they had been moving in slow motion, his expression remaining neutral.

4.
"Say what...?" Ace blinked. "How did you..."
Mr. Popo smiled. "I told you it wouldn't be easy. But keep trying."

5.
Ace grinned. "Well, then here I go!" Ace formed ki into his hands again, and then started throwing them one after another as fast as he could, missing with every shot, but not giving up.

6.
Mr. Popo turned and started to move to make himself an even more diffucult target.
Ace stopped firing for a second, raising his hands up above his head, forming a larger blast of ki. "Alright, try this!"

7.
He threw the large ki blast, and watched as it missed its mark completely, flying into the distance. "Oh come on! This is impossible!"

8.
Ace shook his head, but then started to run after Mr. Popo while he threw more ki blasts at him. "Slow down and let me hit you! Come on!"

9.
Ace took a flying leap at Mr. Popo, aiming to throw a ki blast at him at close range, but all that happened was Ace received a staff to the face.

10.
"Mrmph..." Ace was knocked flat, both because the attack was unexpected, and because Mr. Popo was stronger than he had expected.

11.
Ace jumped back to his feet. "What the heck was that? That came out of nowhere! But I can do that too!" He raised his hand, and then he had his own staff.

12.
Ace spun his staff into his right hand, and then gathered ki into his left hand. "Alright, Mr. Popo, time for round two!"

13.
Ace fired the ki off at Mr. Popo, and then swung his staff at him. A moment later, Ace's entire hand went numb and he dropped his staff. "Wha...?"

14.
Ace looked at Mr. Popo, who was spinning his staff and waiting for Ace's next move.
"Wait... I see..." Ace said, realizing what had happened.

15.
"That's some swing you've got there," Ace said, and then charged more ki in his hands. "But I don't think that'll help you against ki!"

16.
Ace started hurling ki blasts at Mr. Popo again with all the speed he had, but he might as well have been trying to destroy the air.

17.
Ace continued his efforts, however, throwing ki blast after ki blast after ki blast in a continuous stream, his arms beginning to wear out slightly.

18.
Man...this is harder to keep up than I thought it was going to be... Ace thought to himself, his blasts slowing down the more he fired.

19.
But he didn't stop, continuing to rain out ki blasts at an ever decreasing rate. Getting really tired already... Or my arms at least.

20.
Ace let his arms drop to his sides, breathing heavily. "Jeeze... All that and I didn't even come close to hitting him... What's up with that..."
