Before some kind of conflict occurs, I wanna see what people think... because Tazia being an admin is a little controversial, considering how a lot of people have come to know him.
But he wants to help, and I know he can. Even if he types bad sometimes and gets a little cocky... >_>

If it doesn't cause site-ending problems, or constant little problems then sure. If things get dicey, troublesome, annoying, or all of the above....well....then no.

Reiji you say that just because of our personal issues.
despite what most of you may think, there are very few other people if any at all other then me currently on the site that are as qualified.
I've been here longer then almost everyone here, brought in several highly influential members, had split ownership of a previous site, is knows more of the rules then most other staff members, and my efforts have been are quite clear on this site as a good portion of the ideas here are my own.
plus I'm one of the few who knows how to manage the admin board.
Keep in mind i balance out caj very nicely.
So to anyone who thinks i don't deserve it ok, i respect how you feel, but if I'm not capable to do it who here is ?

he has yet to give one legitimate reason for me not to have this job
and i was helping from the very start, in fact many of the things on the site I've have a direct hand in.
but what ever congrats shiro, if anybody was to have the job i rather have it be you
but with this i resign from staff as a whole.

1. I don't see him using the word nigger here.
2. He's given the reasons I used there in my post... cocky being one of them.
3. And because you were helping, which is something I appreciate considering how few staff have helped in the past, I didn't want to drop you off of staff, I was merely debating whether your position was best. How much power can I give you before people have problems? Reiji ain't the only no-voter in this poll, y'know.
Anyways, the issue seemed to be just that you were an admin, which sprang up a big WTF from a number of people, most vocal being Reiji. With you as GMod and Shiro as Admin, things ought to settle down.
I dunno why you're getting all butthurt and deciding to resign.
If I wanted you off staff, I would've taken you off altogether.

2. Being cocky is a fault, then you being a bitch is one, or reiji being annoying, or gozu being to nice, it has nothing to do with being in charge, he's grasping at straws and you know it.
3. okay so its reiji and reven, when was the last time reven's made more then 50 post in a rpg, several years ago right that might as well not be a vote.
and it's obvious that it isn't just because I'm admin and my admitted troubled past, several people on I.M have agree that reiji seems for it in spite more then anything else.

You have some good points, but I'd still really rather you didn't completely resign.
Just prove everyone wrong by being a damn good staff member and I'll repromote you. But if you're not on staff at all then how can I do that?
It's all weird at the start of any site. But all I know is that you wanted to help, and you can help.

I may have been away a while, and no.. I'm not looking for a staff job. If it's asked of me and there's help needed, I'll be happy to help.
Tazia, you seem just as I remember. A whiny little kid who cries if he doesn't get what he wants. You say you had a hand in everything that was done here yet you forget the people from the VERY beginning that made this happen. And I don't remember asking you for a damn thing when I had my hands in this a few years back.
Anyway, enough old stuff. One of the things that really got to me is how you say "being a bitch or too nice" are faults. First of all, if you were in a more mature and actually capable of handling power, you wouldn't be calling fellow staffers "bitch".. you know.. unless you know the person well and are in that kind of joking basis.

The other Xero: has barely made any post in a dbz site in a while
Nai: he took a leave of absence last year site hasn't show up since
Blaze: went missing in the middle of the last rpg, then showed up a week before it ended
Raxol: missing in action.
I'll admit that all of you are better then me and during a talk me and caj had over yahoo massager back when we first started, i gladly said I'd give up my spot for most of you guys.
And i didn't forget anyone one that laid the ground work. Theres a topic in the staff room i started about doing something to honor the past... (which for the most part caj is against)
Me and Caj balance each other out, because we have yet to agree on something that wasn't an overall good idea, also i was one of the few people at the time that had the balls to speak up against her (like when i got Mox unbanned).
If i don't have the admin spot, i rather give it to either you or shiro, or oryan.

I may have been a big part of the ones in the past, and while a lot of my ideas stuck and are still in effect today, it's not what I came here for. But, as also stated, I wouldn't turn it down.. not that I'm looking for you to hand it over Tazia. Personally, I just don't think you're cut out for it. It's not an insult. It's an opinion. That's what this poll is for. To me, you still seethe immaturity. But hell, it's not like it's only my opinion that counts, or like if this poll means your getting stripped. It's still ultimately up to your, for now, fellow staffers. And as the fine gentleman above me stated, I'm sure there are ways you can prove yourself to be staff-worthy should you be stripped from power. If you're really worth it I'm sure it'll happen. |

So from what im understanding everyone agrees (well almost everyone) agrees im qualified for it. Where peoples opinions differ at are if i would abuse the power.
And Xero i totally respect your opinion, the thing that was pissing me off was, before you, no one gave a valid reason against me to the point where it seemed to be more about personal opinion on me then my merit.
